Fiona joined CCL in 2009 in our Operations Team in Troon.
"I'm part of a team that makes sure our customers' goods are collected and delivered on time. I track them during transit and if it looks like there might be a problem, I fix it.
The culture here is so different to the previous places I've worked. Everyone is focussed on helping customers - that's the main reason why we've been so successful. Every day I get to work with passionate people in a great team. And I work with customers in a huge range of industries, from small start-ups to large global businesses.
Getting to know them and their businesses is fascinating. Delivering happiness is what we're about. We set high standards and strive to achieve and exceed them in everything we do. When a customer takes the time to say "thanks Fiona", it makes it all worthwhile."
