CCL's online booking system allows us to check shipping rates quickly meaning we can quote customers faster. We have access to multiple carriers whom can all be booked online. Having separate accounts for each carrier would be far too time consuming for us. The dashboard section of the online system allows us to easily check all our shipments every morning and even message a CCL member to raise an issue. Overall, we are very happy with the rates and level of personal service we receive from CCL and would highly recommend to any other business
