Your primary role will be to effectively manage the 1st Line Support function to support our SaaS platform and users and customers.
Your technical experience will add depth to our technical support function ensuring our internal and external customers receive the best technical support. You’ll be fanatical about Delivering Happiness to CCL customers and users.
