We are seeking a Customer Support Desk Team Lead to help us scale rapidly.

THINK GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Your primary role will be to effectively manage the 1st Line Support function.  Your technical experience will add depth to our technical support function ensuring our internal and external customers receive the best technical support.  You’ll be fanatical about Delivering Happiness to CCL customers and users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Accountable for ensuring the effective day to day operation of the 1st Line Support function
  • Receive, record, triage and direct support issues and requests through to conclusion
  • Engage 2nd Line internal/external resources to investigate and resolve issues and requests
  • Carry out data/system configuration activities to resolve support tickets
  • Capture and report key support ticket handling data, metrics and management information
  • Conduct ticket analysis and contribute to remedial recommendation proposals
  • Investigate and manage customer/user issues and complaints
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of people, processes, data and tools in the 1st Line Support function

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Direct experience managing a 1st Line Support function in a SaaS business
  • CITSM Certification or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft O365 tools and features
  • Technically proficient to carry out configuration of application settings on behalf of a User
  • Provide advice and guidance to Customers/Users on the use and configuration of the System and order processes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at effective prioritization of tasks and resources
  • Ideally have knowledge of the myCCL SaaS Platform as a Customer/User
  • Fluent English language skills essential. Multi-lingual desirable but not essential (FR/NL/DE)
  • A flexible attitude
