Purpose of the Role

Your role will be to create and develop a new portfolio of customers using CCL Logistics & CCL Technology services. Your objective will be to achieve your agreed targets using the services we provide and log your activity and information gathered in our CRM system. In this key role you will be contacting new customers directly, providing a clear overview on CCL, understanding who the decision makers are and pitching the MyCCL Technology to your customers. You will be validating all the information gathered on your customers and logging this on the CRM system and selling the logistics and technology services that make our customers happy.

Success Criteria

To be successful, you will have understood all the CCL Logistics & CCL Technology services offered. Specifically, how each of these sets of services over differing benefits to different parts of your customers business and how this benefits them every day. You will act as the main point of contact from a CCL perspective although you will have a team behind the scenes supporting you. You will have understood which of the CCL services would create the most benefit, efficiency and happiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities as the basis of your target achievement
• Deliver a consistent phone call / online call, contact flow
• Achieve all KPI’s and targets that have been set within the agreed timescales
• Ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately recorded and updated within CRM
• Work effectively with all stakeholders / decision makers
• Manage customer expectations & objections
• Deliver Happiness for our customers

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience within the indoor business executive role
• Demonstrate where you have communicated and influenced key stakeholders
• Clear understanding of CCL Logistics with Technology services
• Experience of identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow up
• Experience in Logistics & or Technology would be an advantage
• High level of administrative competence and organisational skills
• Able to learn new IT systems quickly
