To manage profitably and retain CCL customers on a regional basis. The role will require strong customer service and communication skills and be able to work with clients across multiple roles, form board to warehouse teams. The role will represent CCL professionally at all times and ensure that our new customers have a ‘best in class’ on-boarding and customer service experience, “delivering happiness” Be able manage the clients experience and expectations of the CCL Way, and to continually review customers warehouse/operational environments and align CCL solutions to demonstrate cost/service improvements. Have experience across multiple services, from parcels, freight forwarding, 3PL’s, International, full loads, pallets, same day, sea fright.
